DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF INTRODUCTION OF THE INFORMATION GUIDE “HEALTH AND PROPHYLAXIS OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES AMONG MILITARY PERSONNEL”

The article is devoted to the development and introduction of approaches concerning prophylaxis of cardiovascular diseases among military personnel.
The aim of the study – to develop and evaluate an introduction of the information guide “Health and prophylaxis of cardiovascular diseases among military personnel”.
Materials and Methods. We used bibliographical, information-analytical and system approach.
Results and Discussion. By results of a research we established that military personnel assessed the information guide positively and noticed that it is written in an apprehensible manner (92.7 %), the majority (86.4 %) got interested about this information, the great part (74.5 %)changed their attitude towards own health and 66.4 % are going to make some changes so that their lifestyle becomes healthier.Conclusions. The information guide is one of the elements of advanced complex function-structure model that was developed and introduced for increasing of awareness of a healthy lifestyle among military personnel.
