Recurrent miscarriage is a polyetiology disease, which is an acute social and health problem.
The aim of the study – to reduce the incidence of early reproductive losses by developing an algorithm pre-gravid diagnosis and prediction of the risk of miscarriage.
Materials and Methods. This study conducted an analysis of early reproductive losses for the period 2009–2016 years, determination gene polymorphism of progesterone receptors and endothelial growth factor as a possible cause of the pathology of embryo implantation. The study included 88 women with a diagnosis of reccurent miscarriage that met the inclusion criteria and exclusion.
Results and Discussion. During the reporting period were recorded 533 cases of spontaneous abortion, 1130 cases of missed abortion. Using molecular genetic studies polymorphism of progesterone receptor gene was found in 26 women (29.46 %) and polymorphism of endothelial growth factor in 70 women (79.54 %).
Conclusions. These data suggest an important role of polymorphism of progesterone receptor gene and endothelial growth factor in the disruption of implantation and placentation in women with recurrent miscarriage.
