INFORMATION SUPPORT OF MILITARY PRIMARY HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS IN THE PREVENTION OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES

Implementing prevention programs in medicine is determining and prioritizing, but their effectiveness depends on the level of professional competence of medical personnel.
The aim of the study – to summarize the experience of developing and implementing evidence-based information tools for primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease among the military experts in the military training of primary care.
Materials and Methods. Bibliographical, analytical and systematic approaches were used in the research.
Results and Discussion. The article summarizes the main issues of development and implementation of information support to improve the quality of postgraduate training for the specialists of the military medical primary care from the positions of modern requirements for primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease: the curriculum for thematic improvement «Prevention of cardiovascular diseases among the military people on the principle of the evidence-based medicinе» and the main parts of the information handbook "Prevention of cardiovascular disease among the militaries» posted on the website of Ukrainian Military Medical Academy.
Conclusions. Тhe curriculum for thematic improvement «Prevention of cardiovascular diseases among the military people on the principle of the evidence-based medicinе» and the main parts of the information handbook «Prevention of cardiovascular disease among the militaries» posted on the website of Ukrainian Military Medical Academy posted on the website of Ukrainian military medical academy, developed taking into account the provisions of the еvidence-based medicine. It’s implementation necessary for the improvement of postgraduate training of doctors and junior specialists with medical education of primary care to improve the quality of preventive work.
