Incomes of population – important resulting indicator, which characterizes the total amount of cash and natural (in monetary evaluation) income of the citizens per year. According to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine in 2015 the overall average income per employee amounted to 10362 UAH.

Results and Discussion. Provided the disabiled person of the second group officially did not work, he did not receive salary, but only received social assistance and other social transfers, in this situation, the loss of the state budget in 2015 for such persons up to 5958.3 UAH per month or 11.7 % more than for disabled person who work. In addition, disabled person of the second group incurred personal additional costs associated with the acquisition of ostomy pouching system and stoma care products.
