PROOXIDATIVE-ANTIOXIDANT PROCESES IN THE LUNGS IN THE DYNAMICS OF DEVELOPMENT OF EXPERIMENTAL ALLERGIC ALVEOLITIS

Abstract

In this paper, we show that experimental allergic alveolitis is characterized by increasing the content of lipid peroxidation products (diene conjugates and malondialdehyde) in all periods of study and enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CT) and glutathione peroxidase (GPO) for 2 days experiment and a significant decline in SOD, CT and GPO for 24 and 34 days of the disease process model.
