Quantitative morphological methods of ultrastructures cardiomyocytes chambers compensatory and decompensatory cor pulmonale were studied. In cardiomyocytes compensatory cor pulmonale unevenness, disproportionly change quantity mitochondria and myofibrils, increase secretory activity myoendocrinal cardiomyocytes of atrium. In ultrastructures cardiomyocytes of decompensatory cor pulmonale increase damaging processes, worse expenditure of energy and endocrine function, spring up disorganization and disorder subcellular structural homeostasis.
