PECULIARITIES OF PSYCHOLOGICAL HELP IN GENERAL HEALTH SERVICE ON AN EXAMPLE OF ONCOLOGY

The understanding medical, psychological and social signs of the disease is necessary part of organization and conducting psychological help. The study conducted at theKyivCityClinicalCancerCenter, provided a clinical-psychological analysis 1148 cases of consulting cancer patients. Features of psychological help in general health service network and in oncology in particular included the high prevalence pre-nosological forms of psychological conditions in contrast to the classical clinical mental disorders, low motivation of somatic patients to correction psychic sphere, significant influence nozogenic-organic factor in forming mental conditions in patients with somatic illnesses. The decreasing in mental health of cancer patients indicate the importance of providing psychological help, the need to develop standard protocols, improve organizational measures.
