Hemodynamics in patients with Mallampati score (alimentary-constitutional obesity syndrome) with an apnea-hypopnea index that suggest a diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of breathing on hemodynamic parameters during sleep in patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. Even in the absence of clinical symptoms, patients with Mallampati score stage II and III require a comprehensive examination which includes echocardiography, advanced cardiorespitory monitoring during periods of sleep, and daily monitoring of blood pressure and ECG.
