MODERN WAYS OF PREVENTION OF COMPLICATIONS AFTER TRANSACTION OF THE SUCCESSFUL LABEL – POSSIBILITY OF OPERATIONAL MEDICAL SET

In modern obstetrics the problem of infectious complications after cesarean section is determined by high maternal mortality and disability of young women and varies within 0.2-2.2 %. The problem of intra-infectious diseases is extremely acute. Infectious agents are predominantly opportunistic microorganisms, gaining multiple resistance to antibiotics. Taking into account the periodic change of the most prevalent pathogens of intraoperation infections and their antibiotic resistance, especially the prevention of these infections, the development of preventive and anti-epidemic measures in the operating system is impossible without establishing their actual level, continuous epidemiological and microbiological monitoring, development of their results and implementation of anti-epidemic measures.
