Abstract

Іntroduction. The current unfavorable trends in the prevalence of allergic diseases are determined by a number of factors, such as lifestyle and lifestyle, eating behavior, time of manifestation, the presence of background pathology and other reasons. Taking into account the high prevalence and variety of mechanisms of development of allergic skin inflammation, the article provides directions for increasing the efficiency of the allergology office, taking into account the intensification of the work of the office nurse and her interaction with the allergist.

The aim of the study – to highlight the possibilities of improving the organization of providing medical care to patients with atopic dermatitis by introducing a questionnaire aimed at assessing the quality of life of patients, the medical activity of parents and conducting training of parents on the performance of medical procedures in the work of nurses.

The main part. Statistics show insufficient thorough survey of patients suffering from atopic dermatitis, parents of patients to assess their attitude towards the child’s disease. The article examines ways of intensifying the work of a nurse in an allergy dispensary to increase the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment of children with atopic dermatitis. Possibilities of improving the organization of survey, diagnosis and provision of medical assistance to patients with atopic dermatitis by introducing questionnaires aimed at assessing the quality of life of patients into the work of nurses are highlighted. therapeutic activity of parents and training of parents in therapeutic procedures.

Conclusions. A nurse-specialist of the allergology office interacts with the doctor, must make additional lines of communication with the patient and his parents, possess excellent skills in collecting anamnesis from the patient and (or) parents, conduct questionnaires taking into account the degree of the disease. therapeutic activities of parents and determination of indicators of the patient’s quality of life. Self-improvement and improvement of practical skills of a nurse specialist in an allergology office leads to an increase in the efficiency of the work of an allergist and dermatologist.
