Introduction. The modern system of nursing education plays a decisive role in the formation of highly qualified medical workers who are able to implement advanced methods and strategies for patient care. However, taking into account the constant changes in the medical field and social requirements, the urgency of improving nursing education becomes obvious. One of the key aspects of improving education is the introduction of various types of practices into the educational process. Analysis of the implementation of these practices is an important stage for understanding their impact on the development of nursing practice and the training of qualified specialists. This research work is aimed at studying different forms of practices that are implemented in nursing education and their impact on the professional development of students of higher education. By analyzing the practical use of various methods and strategies, we aim to identify advantages, disadvantages and opportunities for optimization of this process.
This aim of the study – to reveal the effectiveness and implementation of various forms and types of practices in nursing education and their impact on the quality of professional training.
In addition, the research is designed to identify trends in the introduction of the latest practices in nursing education, as well as to highlight the prospects for their further development. The results of this analysis can serve as a valuable contribution to the improvement of nursing education programs and contribute to the high quality of education in this important field of medical practice.
The main part. Medical nurses are an important link in the field of health care, without which is impossible to form, maintain, preserve and restore the health of Ukrainian citizens. The modern model of training of nursing personnel assumes that a nurse is a specialist with a professional education who shares the philosophy of nursing. Has the right to perform appropriate professional activities and creatively carries out the nursing process. As you know, the World Health Organization (WHO) considers the nursing staff as a real potential to meet the growing needs of the population in affordable medical care. That is why the Ministry of Health (MOH) of Ukraine today pays considerable attention to the improvement of the middle level of medical workers, with a special emphasis on improving the work of medical nurses.
Conclusions. In our opinion, the passing of industrial and pre-diploma practices is an extremely important component of the educational process, since the level of education provides an opportunity to acquire specific (professional) skills in accordance with the level of education obtained. The educational and professional programs analyzed by us indicate that those seeking education have the opportunity to receive quality training in a uniform and progressive manner according to the level of education. All types of practice are clearly, structured and logically planned. In our opinion, the distribution of functional responsibilities during pre-diploma practice in the last year of study at OPP Nursing, first (bachelor’s) level of education is worthy of attention, since students of higher education have the opportunity to work in various departments of health care at the workplaces of senior nurses of medical appropriate branches. Also, it is worth taking into account the completion of pre-diploma practice by students of the higher education OPP Nursing, second (master’s) level of education. The above-mentioned applicants work with deputy general directors of nursing or chief medical nurses during their pre-diploma practice.
