Gender aspects of metabolic changes in periodontal tissues during its pathology

The article presents an analysis of literature data regarding the problem of pathological changes in parodontium conditions of hormonal imbalance in men and women. It is shown that nowadays problem of parodontium pathology in low function of genital glands does not answer all the questions of scientists, despite the fact that with the growth of tumors the number of people of young and middle age removed with gonads significantly increases. In addition, the presence of a large number of negative influences of the environment and concomitant diseases provoke destructive changes in the soft and hard tissues in parodontium, against osteoporosis, which becomes endemic.
