Improving of the method of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis treatment

The analysis of the modern treatment of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis was performed.The results of successful surgical treatment of chronic odontogenic maxillary sinusitis in combination with alveolar fistula are presented. To the group of patients with frequently relapsing inflammation of the maxillary sinus in conjunction with alveolar fistula and unsuccessful closing of it during reoperation was applied lyophilized xenodermotransplantate. The findings indicate the effectiveness and safety of the proposed method of surgical treatment, suggest the feasibility of implementing this method in clinical practice.
