Structural changes of the parodontium of rats in the simulation hypoergy body

Abstract

In hypoergy condition of the body in parodontium occurs inflammatory-dystrophic process characterized by leukocyte infiltration as epithelium and deeper tissues there are disturbances of microcirculation, slows the maturation and differentiation of epithelial cells, which leads to a pronounced acanthosis, parakeratosis; as a result of necrosis decreases the height of the gingival papillae become lower; the destruction of the circular ligament of the tooth leads to exposure of the anatomical tooth root and the formation of periodontal pockets.
