The frequensy of occurrence and peculiarities of osteopenic changes in children with the juvenile rheumatoid arthritis are analized. The data, received by the authors during observation of children with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, underline the importance of ealy diagnostics and osteopenia correction for prevention of osteoporosis in adult age.
