The clinical-laboratory investigation of pregnant with preeclampsia in combination with a herpetic or chlamidial infection is performed. The special role of peroxydative processes in pathogenesis of late gestosis is shown. The correlation of the severity of preeclampsia with POL activity and insufficiency of the antioxydant system is proved. Considerable intensification of POL processes is exposed at preeclampsia with a herpetic or chlamidial inflectional contamination.
