Abstract

The role of endoscopy in infertility treatment has been specified. Hystero-laparoscopy has revealed various pathological changes in endometrium and uterus with appendages, which allowed to optimize the treatment tactics and to increase the efficiency of controlled ovula tion induction at outpatient stage
