Catecholamines define a condition of sympathetic part of vegetative nervous system, play the important role in neurohumoral regulation, nervous trophism, take part in a metabolism, adaptive reactions of organism, provide stable of internal medium and physiological functions (homeostasis). At normal kidney function studying of catecholamins egestion is an adequate estimation method of sympathoadrenal system. Therefore definition of catecholamins in urine is even more often used in practice of clinicodiagnostic laboratories. In pregnant women with extragenital pathologywhich have given birth to twins, had a preeclampsia of serious degree, premature mazolysis of normally located placenta, ata foetus distress is observed appreciable growth of adrenaline concentration in urine. Between level of adrenaline and grave condition of newborns is observed direct correlation.
