In job effects histological and immunohistochemical examinations of biopsy materials of ovaries and endometrium women with genital endometriosis are introduced. It is taped morphological and receptive heterogeneity for women with endometriomata. It is installed two variants of a morphological constitution: zhelezisto-kistozny for which presence of vascular units is characteristic, the cytogenic stroma moderated and a high expression of receptors to estrogens and progesterone and cystic with predominance of sklerotichno- dystrophic modifications, lack or the significant lowering expression of receptors. In most cases examinations endometrium it is taped its pathology from hypotrophy to a simple hyperplasia of Ferri lactases and a stroma. Expression of receptors of endometrium is considerably reduced for women with outwardly-internal endometriosis, and with adenomyosis is moderate expressed or significant. Considering presence of conserved expression of receptors to estrogens and progesterone with zhelezisto- kistoznim variant and adenomyosis is expedient women to assign gestagennye and estrogen-gestagennye drugs. Patients with cystic variant of endometrioma and outwardly-internal endometriosis is shown treatments with usage of agonists gonadotropin-relizing hormones.
