Abstract

To study the condition of hemostasis system 50 patients with chronic salpingo-oophoritis in exacerbation stage 2 weeks before and after anti-inflammatory therapy course which included antibacterial Metronidazol antimycotic preparations, eubiotics and antithrombotic preparation Distreptaza have been examined. It has been stated that chronic salpingo-oophoritis in exacerbation stage is accompanied by negative changes in all sections of hemostasis system: vascular- thrombocyte, coagulation, fibrinolytic sections which can be considered a pathogenetic background of necessity to use antithrombotic preparations in complex therapy of chronic salpingo-oophoritis in exacerbation stage. Used by the authors complex method of antiinflammatory therapy of chronic salpingo-oophoritis in exacerbation stage which includes antithrombotic preparation Distreptaza is highly effective which is proved by clinical research and positive changes in hemostasis system of the patients.
