In terms of clinical- epidemiologic evaluation of effectiveness of monotherapy of childhood bronchial asthma by inhalation corticosteroids, their greater effect has been determined under eosinophilic type of bronchial inflammation, but insufficiency of asthma control in presents of neutrophilic inflammatory process of airways.
