At the background of the clinical evaluation of the exacerbation of the bronchial asthma and the spirographic indices in 112 children it has mentioned that in patient with severe inflammation of the bronchial in comparison with the patients with moderate inflammation the tendency to more frequent wheezing, tightness of the chest, which is accompanied by the more evident sensitivity to histamine at the level of medium and small size.
