В статье изложено современные взгляды на диагностику и лечение папиломовирусной инфекции у женщин. Применяя современные диагностические программы а именно молекулярно-биологическую диагностику и цитологические исследования установлено, что у 90 % женщин с гостоконечными кондиломами обнаружены ВПЧ типа 6 и 11, а у 20 % женщин рак шейки матки возникает в связи с инфицированием ВПЧ типа 16 и 18. Перспективными методами лечения являются совместное употребление общей и местной медикаментозной терапии с хирургическим высечением кандилом.
