The problems of the tactics of pregnancy and labor management in women with various liver diseases are considered on the basis of modern literature data and own clinical observations. The essential role of this somatic morbidity in genesis of the development of obstetric and perinatal complications is shown. It is concluded that further elaboration of this scientific direction is necessary.
