THROMBOLITIC THERAPY OF INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF THE ANDEXA

The article describes the results of noninterventional multicentre comparative trial of efficacy and safety of “Distreptaza” in complex treatment of acute and exacerbation of chronic salpingo-oophoritis in women of different age with different etiology of the disease. The results show that usage of Distreptaza in complex treatment of inflammatory diseases of the organs of small pelvis considerably improves clinical and laboratory efficacy of the therapy of chronic salpingo-oophoritis in the stage of exacerbation. Women’s quality of life is improved due to shorter terms of treatment, amelioration of short- and long-term outcomes of treatment.
