It is set that in bioptat of mucus shell of stomach of persons, patients the genotype of vacAsl of HP (60 %) prevailed with the ulcer of duodenum, the genotypes of va c ^s2 appeared with identical frequency, vacAsl/s2, vac Ami, vacAm2, vacAml/m2. However not found out reliable associations which would be characteristic for concrete nosology.
