The state of the osseous tissue has been analyzed in children with the juvenile rheumatoid arthritis in the pre- and post treatment period with the osteotropic medication. The mechanisms of the development of inflammation and osteoporosis have been proved to be significantly interconnected in case of the given pathology. The prolonged treatment with the anti-inflammatory and basic medications has negative influence on the mineral density of the osseous tissue in the children with the juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. The supplementary indication of calcimine for the children with the diagnosed osteopenia in the complex of commonly used therapy leads to the increase of osseous mineralization at the juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.
