Examination has been conducted in 938 conditionally healthy children aged from 9 to 17years with different types of constitution. Depending on child's somatotype the features of accumulation of bone tissue's peak have been defined. At children with normosthenic constitution forming of bone tissue's peak takes place according to the age-related features. It has been revealed the acceleration of rates of forming of bone tissue's peak in children with hypersthenic constitution, whereas an asthenic constitution is a predictor of lowering the rates in forming the bone tissue's peakat children, that in the sequel should be one of the health hazard of osteoporosis. It should be considered the dynamic changes of constitution in developing the regional norms of estimation the structural and functional state of bone tissue in children.
