65 Patients Aged 7-17 Years With Chronic Kidney Disease (Ckd) And Grf=90 Ml/Min Have Been Examined For The Exposure Of Early Renal Defeat Signs And Factors Of The Onset, Progression Of Renal Diseases And Formation Of Cardiovascular Complications. The anamnesis and clinical laboratory data analysis, research ofrenal functional reserve, vegetative status, parameters of central and renal hemodynamics were investigated with the purpose of determination of influencing hyperfiltration, sympathetic overactivity, hemodynamic disorders on course and CKD-progress. The necessity of therapeutic correction of early renal defeat signs has been based.
