Calcium and phosphorus homoeostasis disorders are one of the main link of pathogenesis of juvenil rheumatoid arthritis. Examination of 53 children of age of 2 to 16 years old shows that diseases of digestive system decrease activity of alcaline phosphatasа and decrease calcium absorption and its uptake. Hypocalcemia registered in 5 years from the starting of the disease. Disorders of ionized calcium are most severe than plasma phosphorus in children with juvenil rheumatoid arthritis. Aggressive course of illness is accompanied with hypercalcemia.
