Abstract

We have analysed the efficient use of ’Flurenizyd’ in complex therapy of genital tuberculosis. We have examined 53 women with first discovered genital tuberculosis without bacterial excretion. The specific etiology of woman genitals was proved: on 19 patients - histological way and on 34 patients - clinical and X-rays way. To undergo the course of treatment we have had two groups: group 1 (25 patients) followed the traditional treatment - ’Isoniazyd’, ’Rifampicin’and ’Streptomicin’and group 2 (28 patients) who used ’Flurenizyd’, ’Rifampicin’and ’Streptomicin’. The effectiveness of the treatment has been estimated according to the result of clinical and laboratorial and instrumental methods after three and six months of therapy. The ’Flurenizyd’ including into the complex therapy has demonstrated positive influence on clinical and immunological status of women with genital tuberculosis and provided better cure effect.
