Abstract

The endotelia functional state was assessed as a result of endotelia dependent vasodilatation of brachial artery of 38 pregnant women with preeclampsy in the third trimester of gestation. The test analysis was held on 10 healthy pregnant women with physiological flow of pregnancy. It has been proved that the pregnant with preeclampsy have endothelial disfunction dependent on weight degree of preeclampsy.
