Comparative effectiveness evaluation of ginipral and instenon administration in treatment of pathologic preliminary period, depending on maturity of cervix of uterus and character of contractive function of uterus was held. For women with "not mature" cervix of uterus it is more appropriate to do a long term tocolytic therapy with the use of ginipral, and treatment by instenon in women with "not enough mature" cervix of uterus. Use of listed drugs led to decrease of anomaly frequency in labor functions.
