It was proved that in 34% women with high preplacental resistance to blood flow at the II pregnancy term the development of gestational hypertension, caused by myocardium hyperfunctioning, increase of volume indices of the maternal cardiac performance, is subsequently observed. The investigation of the blood circulation in the uterine placental bed vessels at the first part of pregnancy time allows to prognosticate the origin of the gestational process complications including hypertensive disoders.
