POSTOPERATIVE JOINTS PROBLEM OF REPRODUCTION AND METHODS OF IT’S PREVENTION.

The article is due to main questions of etiology, pathogenesis and prevention of postoperative joints, because they are the main reasons of tube infertility. We analyzed frequency of joints after laparotomical operations at women with tube infertility and distinguished the main ways for prevention of joints. Preoperational investigation with aim to find and to cure infection, trying to use endoscopic operation, using sowing material of high quality should be provided to make better the results after operation. We admitted, that quite an important moment, that provide a successful prevention of joints is quick renew of physiological function of in postoperative period. Patients should be active in early postoperative period; we have to simulate their peristaltic. We underline, that new, effective medicine for prevention of joints should be found.
