In article are stated results of the research on study of the condition of the reproductive health beside women of fertile age of the typical industrial region, forecasting of its breaches (breaches of menstrual cycle) and on the base of it the system of preventive maintenance and treatment were worked out. The created system action was carried in practical person of the work of the obstetrical institutions in Dneprovsky region of Kiev and has allowed to provide greatly to perfect the factors of women’s.health.
