The article describes the clinical case of atypical torticollis due to the tumor of the left lobe of the cerebellum. Despite the data from the literature, the clinical manifestations of the disease exclude great difficulties regarding timely disposition and treatment. The forced position of the head (torticollis) arose long before neurological disorders due to the slow growth of the tumor. The increase in intracranial pressure by the tumor caused the displacement of all important components of the salivary brain with partial blockade of CSF pathways with the corresponding general cerebral symptoms. The prolapse of the tonsils of the left lobe of the cerebellum squeezed the left additional nerve in the nape hole, which caused an imbalance innervation of neck muscles. Atypical torticollis in the initial stages (more than one year) was dominant, which curled the true cause of the disease. Due to a detailed magnetic resonance tomography of the brain, the tumor was removed. After the operation, the general condition improved significantly, torticollis disappeared, cerebral disorders gradually decrease.
