The aim of the study – to prove the expediency of treatment of postovariectomy syndrome in this category of patients with a mixture of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and protodioscin.
Materials and Methods. Under the observation, there were women with a metabolic syndrome when performing a planned hysterovariectomy and within 3 months of the proposed treatment. In the research there were used the following methods: clinical, biochemical, homeostasiological and statistical.
Results and Discussion. As a result of a research, it has been proved that the main syndromes of hypercoagulation and dyslipidemia for women with metabolic syndrome after hysterovariectomy can be reliably corrected by prescribed mixture of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and protodoiscin.
Conclusions. Conducting hysterovariectomy significantly increases the risk of developing critical cardiovascular complications in women with a metabolic syndrome. The data from the conducted research demonstrate that drugs with a mixture of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and protodioscin should be used to prevent menopausal complications.
