The estimation of biophysical activities of the fetus in pregnant women at 30–32 weeks of gestation with moderate idiopathic oligohydramnios and polyhydramnios was conducted. It is proved that the change in the severity of KTG and fetal biophysical activity depends on the fetal-placental blood flow because of volume change around the fetal environment.
