Abstract

There were studied 74 patients with single and bilateral ovarian cysts. It was revealed a significant difference in the levels of CA 125, AMH, number of antral follicles and the amount of healthy ovarian tissue in women with single and bilateral cysts that testified about the negative impact of the disease on the state of the ovarian reserve and the level of the pituitary regulation of reproductive functions.
