PREVENTION OF POSTOPERATIVE PYOINFLAMMATORY COMPLICATIONS IN GYNECOLOGY.

The efficiency of Grandazole use for prevention of postoperative pyoinflammatory complications was studied. 78 women after gynaecological operations were examined. The results confirm the absence of pyoinflammatory complications in the postoperative period, reducing the frequency of subjective symptoms and acceleration of the wound healing time due to Grandazole application. The drug was well tolerated, there were no adverse reactions in the patients.References
