Cervicai iпtraepitheiiai пeopiasias (CIN) are the i e s ^ s that for some years precede Evasive cervicai caпcer. CIN outcomes are variabie іп terms of regress^ aпd progress^ rates. Theorigmai paper corta^s the resuitsof biomarkersprogress^ of eпdotheiiai d y s ^ ^ ^ (ED) - the пumber of desquamated eпdotheiiai ceiis (DEC), vascuiareпdotheiiai growth factor (VEGF) aпd VE-cadherm as a marker of ceii-ceii adhesive boпds іп serum a i r e ^ patierts with CIN. The sigпificaпce biomarkers of ED was tested іп patierts with CIN 1 (п = 25), CIN 2 (п = 1?) aпd CIN З (п = 10) aпd patieпts without CIN (п = 12). There wasastatisticaiiy sigm^a^ iпcrease іп the пumber of DEC, a severe ^crease іп the coпceпtratioп of VEGF (CIN 1>CIN З) aпd VE-cadheriп dow^ reguiatioп was reveaied іп CN sampies іп compare to CIN 1 -2. The markers, that we aпaiyzed, shouid be coпsidered as a usefui tooi іп CIN grade assessmeпtaпd Mividuai outcome prc^osis.
