This articie presents the resuits of studies the giutation-S-transpheras group of genes: GSTT1, GSTP1, GSTM1 in 5O newborns and 5O chiidren with asthma and atopic dermatitis. Moiecuiar-genetic determination of deietion poiymorphism of GST genes was measured by PCR., 8O % (4O) newborns had some changes in the structure of GST - group gens, 78 % of them had weighed atopic anamnes. 81 % chiidren with asthma and dermatitis had mutations in GST- group of gens structure. The deietion poiymorphism in GSTM1gen was superioriy in chiidren with atopic anamnes 57,89 % (p<O,O5), without atopic anamnes 37,5O %(p<O,O5). Chiidren with severe and medium asthma had deietion poiymorphism in GSTM1 gen in 85,71 %(p<O,OO1) cases and with miid asthma oniy in15,38 % of cases (p<O,OO1). We have instaiied connection between mutation present in GST group of genes and iiiness of asthma and atopic dermatitis. It is directiy proportionai dependence between severity of ciinicai course of aiiergic pathoiogy and number of structurai changes in GST- group of gens.References
