TOKEN VALUE ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION IN THE DIAGNOSIS AND PROGNOSTICATION COMPLICATIONS OF COMMUNITY-ACOUIRED PNEUMONIA IN CHILDREN.

The study invoived 9б chiidren aged б to 14 years, patients with acutecommunity-acquired pneumonia. Reveaied increasing ieveis of circuiating endotheiiai ceiis, endotheiin -1 and nitric oxide metaboiites in the biood, especiaiiy in chiidren with severe pneumonia, which is a sign of endotheiiai dysfunction. Estabiished that at high ieveis of endotheiin - 1 in biood and consequentiy the growth of vasoconstrictors significantiy increases the risk of destructive changes in the iungs.
