CARDIAC DISORDERS IN CHILDREN WITH COMMUNITY ACOUIRED PNEUMONIA.

We examined 12S chiid patients with community-acquired pneumonia, aged б to 14 years. Estabiished ciinicai and ECG signs of cardiac activity. Changes in theeiectrocardiogram detected in SO % of chiidren surveyed. In uncompiicated pneumonia ECG changes primariiy reiated to metaboiic disorders, whereas in compiicated disease marked signs of puimonary hypertension, hypoxia and conduction disturbances.
