REMOTE RESULTS OF PREECLAMPSIA

Was done a retrospective analysis of 6789 cases history of pregnant woman and their medical cards. It was define a main group (2450 women) with pregnancy complicated by gestational hypertension or preeclampsia and control group (1500 women) with physiological pregnancy. After 10.4 years of observation, it was found that hypertension in subsequent life developed in 1059 (42.4%) patients of the main group and in 208 (13.9 %) of control group. In patients who have had preeclampsia during pregnancy, a remote risk of death was 1.89 times higher than in women with physiological pregnancy.References
