Pathogenetic therapy of surgical menopause in the category of women with the predictors of metabolic disorders or clinical exertions of the metabolic syndrome is not accompanied by the development of complications and the emersion of the indirect effects which are the conditions needed to guarantee the adoptability of the hormonal therapy. The applying of the femoston 2/10 with the women with metabolic disorders after hysterectomy with the absence of contraindications, individualized selection of the dosage and the durance of therapy – the safe medicative-preventative step with good bearing and compliance.
