Pregnant women that ran against the backdrop of uterine leiomyoma are in a high risk group for the obstetric and perinatal occurrence complications. Therefore, it is recommended a specialized obstetric hospitalization at the most dangerous pregnancy terms. It is advisable to exclude the passive supervision tactic for the childbearing age women with uterine leiomyoma. It is recommended a volume of leyomiomectomia organ saving operations for such cases in order to preserve the reproductive woman function.
