The peculiarities of vaginal microbiome in 52 women in the perimenopausal period were studied. It is established that the use of the drug Feminum intima contributes to the growth and reproduction of their own lactobacilli, to restore and maintain the physiological pH of the vagina, which provides a high clinical efficacy of this drug.
