PECULIARITIES OF FORMING OF INFIRATION SUPPLY OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS OF MEDICINES PRESCRIPTION IN PERINATAL MEDICINE

The work analyzes the approaches and procedures for the administration of the medications directly by a physician and using an information system in perinatal centers and clinics. Deficiencies, errors and inconsistencies were detected in the processes of selection of pharmaceuticals, calculation of dose, time of admission, interoperability of actual status of pregnant and fetus, mother and child. The basic characteristics and advantages of the clinical information system DOKA+ and results of critical analysis were presented. The approach was offered to the gradual improvement of the existing structure in the treatment process in perinatal center, which is to expand the list of functions that performs medical information system of administration and monitoring of its implementation, for so-called critical drugs. It is shown that this scheme improves the quality of drug therapy for the link «pregnant – pregnant and the fetus – mother and child».
